At the Information Booth

The information booth is the place to go for many things:

The Information Booth is located along Festival Road in the Center of the Universe. Look for the canvas hexagon-shaped pavilion with a scalloped edge.

Beltania T-Shirts and Other Exciting Items

When picking up t-shirts, be aware that there are two different designs to choose from and it may be desirable for the registrant to come to the info booth with all attendees in their party who prepaid for a shirt so that they can choose their shirts together. Once the shirts have been removed from the booth area, they are not returnable. T-shirt designs are pictured on our t-shirt page.

You can also purchase t-shirts and other Beltania items at the info booth, cash only. We will be offering some additional fun and unique Beltania-themed items for sale too!

Lost and Found

If you find any valued items that have lost their owners, you can return them to the lost and found station located at Info Booth. Please check here for any items you may have become separated from during the event.

Lost children should be brought to the Information Booth. If your child is lost, find a staff member with a lanyard immediately and we will radio all personnel. Please let your children know about the information booth and show it to them, so that they can try to find it themselves and know it is a safe place to go if they are lost.

Message Boards

Message boards will be available for a variety of purposes: to leave messages for others in your party, to announce spontaneous rituals or other attendee-initiated activities, to provide updates on upcoming workshops, concerts, or other activities, and for private babysitting or parent childcare co-op arrangements (not sponsored by Living Earth).
